FAQs
Are you a letting agent?
No. Master Key Concierge does not advertise properties, find tenants, collect rent or manage tenancies. Though we do offer some maintenance services that a lettings agent would also organise, such as annual boiler services, electrical inspections and more. But we go further, so you can use 3rd party services such as Air B&B to obtain your holiday let bookings and leave us to coordinate your cleaning services, routine maintenance and repairs on your behalf.

What does Master Key Concierge do?
We act as your reliable local point of contact for your second home. Our services include property checks, secure keyholding, contractor coordination, maintenance oversight, arrival preparation, deliveries and practical household support.

Who is the service for?
We support second-home owners, busy homeowners, families managing a shared property and people who live too far away to oversee a relative’s home themselves. We also offer our services to live-in homeowners who need assistance in running their primary home.

Do you manage holiday lets or Airbnb properties?

We do not manage bookings, pricing, guest communication or tenancy arrangements. We may be able to provide property checks, keyholding, maintenance coordination including cleaning services and other practical support for the homeowner.
Do you carry out repairs and maintenance?

We coordinate the work rather than carrying out specialist repairs ourselves. We can arrange access, meet contractors, obtain quotations, oversee approved work and report back to you. We use several contractors across cleaning, carpentry, grounds maintenance, electrics, plumbing, driveways and so much more.
Can I contact you when something unexpected happens?

Yes. Existing clients can contact us when an issue arises, and we will provide local assistance wherever reasonably possible. This is not a guaranteed 24-hour emergency response service.
